Refund Policy

30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund provided that they are returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, are unworn, and in their original and resalable condition.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items, and you must cover the cost to return the original item(s) to us.

IMPORTANT: To initiate a return or an exchange, please e-mail info@krewsade.store. In most cases, you will receive a response within two business days. Please don’t return any items without contacting us and receiving a response first.

When returning items, please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as we will not take responsibility or issue refunds for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Return Processing

For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund sufficient time to show up in your account or on your card.

Exchanges

Upon receiving your item for exchange, we will inspect the returned item(s). If it complies with our standard stated above, we will then process the order and dispatch the new item(s) within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your exchange, such as size or color being sold out or item not passing inspection, we will immediately notify you by email.

International Returns & Exchanges

Please mark 'Returned Items' on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to try to prevent it from incurring import charges and taxes. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.

We will only replace defective or damaged items depending on supply.
